About Our Products

Every single one of our products is completely unique and provides employment opportunities to the artisans and their local communities. They are crafted by artisans using traditional techniques that are often passed down from one generation to the next. Given that all of our products are meticulously handmade by master artisans one piece at a time, there may be slight variations from item to item, making your purchase special and truly one of a kind.

Hats

Our hats are made out of natural straw. This strong natural fiber is a long-lasting material that is often used as roofing in El Salvador. Spot clean with a soft damp cloth. Overtime, simply trim away any natural fibers that may fray. Our hats provide UPF 50+ sun protection. Internal sweatband.

Totes

Our totes offer a unique quality in the vibrancy and durability of their colors and textures. Furthermore, the light-weight material allows for the ability to carry larger and more structured totes without added weight. 

We have one planet and one future. The fashion industry is one of the most contaminating industries in the world. As such, we want to contribute to reducing waste as much as possible.

Our totes are made out of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and are completely recyclable. This durable, no-mess, care-free, "spray-down-with-a-hose" material will last a lifetime. Though these bags are sturdy and strong enough to last generations, if you decide that you are done using it please consider recycling your bag. Simply remove any additional elements such as tassels and/or any brass or leather details and add your bag to your recycling bin. Voila.
